Uch Technologies – Training Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in any training program organized by Uch Technologies. By registering and making payment for any training, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below:

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration for any training program is only confirmed upon full payment of the training fee.
• Payments must be made through official channels provided by Uch Technologies.
• Once payment is made, the student will receive details on the training schedule, materials, and platform (for virtual training).

2. No Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the cancellation or disruption is caused by Uch Technologies.
• Refunds will not be issued under any of the following conditions:
  • The student changes their mind after payment.
  • The student fails to attend or complete the training.
  • The student claims dissatisfaction after accessing the training content.
  • Technical issues on the student's end (e.g., poor internet, faulty device).
  • Personal emergencies or changes in schedule that prevent attendance.

3. Training Attendance and Punctuality

• It is the responsibility of each student to attend all sessions as scheduled.
• No extension of training duration will be granted for students who:
  • Miss sessions for any reason not caused by Uch Technologies.
  • Fall behind due to lateness or lack of commitment.
  • Delay in participating or engaging during the agreed training period.

4. Access and Usage of Training Materials

• All training materials provided are the intellectual property of Uch Technologies.
• Students are granted access strictly for personal learning purposes only.
• Reproducing, distributing, reselling, or sharing the materials with others without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain a respectful and professional attitude during all training sessions—whether physical or virtual.
• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or abuse of any kind toward instructors or other students will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

6. Certificates and Completion

• Certificates of participation or completion will only be issued to students who:
  • Fully participate in all training sessions.
  • Complete any required tasks or assignments.
  • Abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.

7. Changes and Cancellation

• Uch Technologies reserves the right to:
  • Reschedule training sessions due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Update training content or platform without prior notice, in order to improve the learning experience.
  • Deny access to any individual found violating the terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer

• Uch Technologies is not liable for any indirect loss (business, financial, or otherwise) incurred by the student as a result of the training.
• It is the student’s responsibility to apply the skills learned in the training. While we provide practical knowledge, results depend on the student’s own effort and engagement.
